What to expect
You are given a peu015ftemal cloth and slippers. You warm up on the gu00f6bek tau015fu0131, the heated marble platform, then an attendant scrubs you with a coarse mitt u2014 expect to see the results, which is the point u2014 then washes you in olive-oil foam and rinses you with bowls of warm water.
Sections are usually separated by sex, with same-sex attendants. Take swimwear if you would rather not be undressed; most people wear it.
