Before you buy
- The first time you scan it at an attraction. Buy months ahead if you like — the clock only starts when you do.
- Cancel any time before you first use the pass and we refund you in full. Once activated it can’t be refunded.
- For most attractions, no — just turn up. A few require a timed slot; those are marked clearly on every pass and attraction page.
- Yes. Each traveller needs their own pass, including children old enough to need a ticket.
- Twelve months from the date you buy it.
- Save the QR code to your photos or wallet before you set off, and it will still scan offline. Support can also resend it while you are at the gate.
